Be Like a Tree - Children’s Yoga Book

Inspired by a winter hike along the Rogart Trail at Sugar Moon Farm in Tatamagouche, Be Like a Tree began when the author noticed a tree standing tall like Tree Pose (Vrksasana). From that moment, a story unfolded about strength, balance, and rooting deeply into who we are.

An engaging children’s yoga story that follows a boy and a tree as they discover resilience, confidence, and self-understanding together. Yoga postures are thoughtfully integrated throughout the narrative, with clear, step-by-step pose instructions included at the back of the book.
