Our Journey
The Beginning: Knowing Where to Shop
Started in 2024, Haystack Finds was born from a simple observation: while our community was rich with amazing local businesses, discovering them wasn't always easy. We set out to change that by creating a platform that would make local shopping as convenient as shopping at big-box stores and multi-national e-commerce sites. By bringing together products at over 100 stores, there is now a centralized place to search over 155K products to find just what you are looking for.
Increasing the Convenience of Local
We started out with helping shoppers to find specific items. Now, we have made shopping locally even more convenient by providing delivery information for local stores. With products right around the corner, why can't they be in shoppers' hands same day or next day? Well, many stores already offer that service, and now we've created an easy way to know where you can support local from the comfort of your home.
