Peel Stop Plus High Build Binding Primer is a high-performance water-based binding primer that stops peeling paint by gluing down worn paint edges from previous paint jobs that can lead to topcoat cracking. It is 3 times thicker than regular primers, creating a smoother surface for finishing. Peel Stop Plus also has outstanding flexibility so topcoats last longer.
