B-I-N Advanced is a synthetic shellac base primer-sealer that provides the ultimate in stain blocking for whole-surface interior priming and exterior spot priming. It combines fast dry time, low application odour, outstanding hide and superior stain blocking, making it the ideal choice for new construction, remodelling and fire and water damage restoration. B-I-N Advanced may be used under and over any latex or oil-based architectural paint.
