Honey’s vegan ice cream is seriously good by any ice cream standard. As an ice cream connoisseur, I’ll personally vouch for it any day.
Today, while I was searching on Haystack for Valentine’s items, I noticed that they have an amazing looking strawberry pretzel pie which is made just for the holiday as a pre-order item. The store actually told me that orders are going to be cut off this afternoon, so don’t wait if you’d like to add this to your Valentine’s desserts!
If you do miss the pie order, they have a number of other special items to call out. I’m a huge fan of the hot fudge crunch pie, which would make a fantastic dessert on a special occasion. It’s one of my favourite ice cream cakes! They also have a few special flavours, including almond croissant, spicy chocolate, and date (yes, there is no more appropriate flavour for Valentine’s Day than an ice cream that is literally made of dates 😂). The almond croissant ice cream is through a collaboration with Bad Attitude Bread, which is a bakery in Toronto’s west end, owned and run by a former Honey’s employee, so they have a great partnership! Honey’s also carries vegan Tiramisu by Bad Attitude Bread!
