A Target exclusive Special Action Figure Set modelled after the original Kenner 3-packs of the early 1980s. The Hoth Rebels set was one of three packs released together in a larger 9-figure set alongside the Bespin Alliance and Imperial Set.

• Han Solo (Hoth) figure with blaster pistol
• Hoth Rebel Trooper figure with blaster, blaster rifle, removable hat, and backpack
• FX-7 medical droid figure

Han Solo is a repaint of the 2008 Droid Factory pack-in sculpt; the Hoth Rebel Trooper is a re-release of the Defense of Hoth battle pack figure from the same year. FX-7 is a repaint of the 2001 Power of the Jedi figure, with a revised silver-and-white extension arm in place of the original's tan-and-white version. The packaging reproduces the look of the original Kenner Special Action Figure Set boxes.
