Ski Queen Classic

Ski Queen is a traditional Norwegian Brown sweet whey cheese (known as Brunost in Norwegian) created between the fjords and mountains of Norway. The caramel brown colour and deep, full bodied flavour results from the caramelization of natural sugars found in whey, goat's milk and cow's milk. 

Ski Queen is especially delicious when added to caramel sauces, ice cream, waffles, or simply just buttered bread.
